Otherwise, the Manager and two Serving staff need to be able to fulfill all the customer and wasabi needs. That means by the end you'll need Drink Serving, Cocktail Serving, Cleaning and Wasabi Refill in some combo on those three to not have unhappy customers. Cooking staff just needs semi-decent cooking stats. And I guess they tested this with purposefully bad branch staff and confirmed it. I might try again with Itsuki instead of Kyoko but more levelled up, just to see if it makes a difference. I've read that the manager can do everything Dave can and that skills don't matter. Once you send the staff out on dispatch, they will take 1 day to come back (the start of the next day's evening).
